Release and Recovery does not directly require access to your complete payment card information.

· Funnel Launch / Launch You LLC, which supports website and funnel functionality, customer relationship management, email and automation services, program or membership access, hosting, and payment integration.

· Stripe, which provides secure payment processing and related services such as transaction processing, fraud prevention, payment authentication, refunds, and dispute management.

· Analytics, website infrastructure, email delivery, and other technology providers used to operate and improve Release and Recovery.

Stripe and other providers may also process certain information for their own legitimate regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, and legal compliance purposes in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory requirement, or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, our users, or the security of our services.

Processing and Storage Outside Canada

Some of the technology providers used by Release and Recovery operate or use infrastructure outside Canada.

For example, Funnel Launch is provided by Launch You LLC in the United States. Stripe and its service providers may process personal and transaction information in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions in which Stripe and its authorized service providers operate.

Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed, including lawful access requirements applicable in that jurisdiction.

Outside-Canada processing may occur for purposes including website and program hosting, customer account administration, email communication, payment processing, fraud prevention, technical support, data security, analytics, and the operation of our digital services.

Parental Consent and Users Under 18

Release and Recovery is designed to support dancers, including young dancers. The program is recommended for dancers ages 11 years and older.

Where a dancer is under the age of 18:

· Purchases and account setup should be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

· Personal information relating to the young dancer should only be provided with the knowledge and appropriate consent of a parent or legal guardian.

· We encourage parents and guardians to remain involved in their dancer's use of the program and online account.

· A parent or legal guardian may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to their child, subject to applicable legal, security, financial, and record-retention requirements.

We seek to limit the personal information collected directly from young dancers and are committed to supporting them in a manner that prioritizes safety, privacy, respect, and well-being.

International Users

If you access Release and Recovery from outside Canada, your personal information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or another jurisdiction in which our service providers operate.
