· Waive any and all claims that you may have against Release and Recovery and Sheahan Keinick for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

Special Considerations for Minors (Under 18)
Release and Recovery serves dancers under 18. The following applies:
· This program is recommended for dancers ages 11 +
· A parent or legal guardian must complete all purchases and by doing so grants consent.
· Participation occurs under parental supervision and responsibility.
By allowing a minor to participate, the parent or guardian:
· Confirms understanding of the risks.
· Accepts responsibility for supervision and decision-making.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta and Canadian law:
Release and Recovery and Sheahan Keinick are not liable for:
· Injuries resulting from participation.
